Water Rates ~ Residential Rates

All efforts on setting the water rate structure have been made to be fair and competitive while meeting the financial requirements of the water company. Water rates have increased by 10%, beginning with on October 2024. This is in consideration of secondary water tank construction, as well as infrastructure improvements. The new water rates are below.

Water Availability Rate:  $29.70 per month billed every 6 months for $162 in January and July.
The water availability rate is for the operation, maintenance, and repair of the water system for all residential lot owners.

Construction Monthly Fee: $53.24 per month
Since water cannot be metered this fee will take place of the availability/usage fee during construction.

Water Tap Fee: A water tap fee is in place for new users connecting to the system. See Tap Fee rates below.

Service Fee:​ $165 per hour.​

Water Usage Rate: The water usage rate now begins at 1 gallon. Also, following the advice of state and local water authorities the usage rates have been structured to encourage water conservation by increasing the rates per thousand gallons as usage amounts reach higher levels.
